Well, that time of the year has arrived and not soon enough IMHO. I am off to the warrior therapy programme refresher days in Newton Abbot. Train leaves in 90 minutes so mI won't be on forum much the next few days as my day will be filled with lectures and group exposure sessions. I really do get such a lot out of this therapy program.

I will be back in North Devon in a few days time.

Arrived back at warrior just over an hour ago. The course is alcohol free zone or I would be instantly kicked off it. This is going to be a rough 2 days for me as I have had to go totally cold turkey. Hey you know what people, after surviving fracturing my skull in 18 places, snapping 12 ribs and fracturing my left collar bone as a result of my seizures , being hospitalized for most of the PST six months facing a potential terminal cancer dx, having a blood transfusion and endoscopy to seal a duodenal bleed in my stomach last week, i can go 2 bloody days without a drink........ Ttfn

Back home at 2330 hrs after a 4 am start. Intensive group exposure therapy done. ........ Finally I get it !!!

I will update tomorrow as I am wasted mentally and for the first time NOT on Cocaine or booze but on knowledge of how I am in control of what happens to me from now on. I am the librarian and I control the library as of today.
