Alaska has always had it legal since the formation of the state! It's legal under Alaska's privacy section of our state constitution! It's also legal for medical and the state has a medical database, the problem is we don't have a dispensary infrastructure which is what the state is currently working on in ways, they are allowing the creation of marijuana retail stores.
