Hi @kenziii and welcome to the forum.

There are many diagnoses that overlap and demonstrate similar symptoms. The only way to get clarification is to see a doctor, who specialises in mental health and ask them to formally assess you and make a diagnosis.

Perhaps that way your parents could no longer deny that you have problems.
