What does integration feel like?

So, I think for the last few weeks, this process of integration has started happening for me...
It's totally unexpected and not something that I was "aiming" for.
I'm between trauma therapies atm (on a waiting list).
I'm not even sure what's caused it.
It feels like I am "owning" my feelings... not just having them, but identifying with them.
It's so weird.
But nice.
It feels like coming home.
