Those of us in the USA need to keep in mind the difference between Standard Time (now) and Daylight Savings Time (summer). If I count correctly, even though the chart says 3:00 PM for New York Time, it actually might be 4:00 PM instead!

My goodness, I have 3 "guardians" watching over me like hawks; my best friend, and my 2 dogs. The cheeky one is sniffing at the postal package every now and then, and started kind of "singing". We're sooooooo excited!:) Ahwooooo!!
