1. I am grateful that I managed to eat today.

2. I can see where I have been going wrong I am grateful for this insight.

3. I am grateful for understanding some of the things that I need to do next.

4. I am grateful that I am understanding enmeshment and the role it plays in my life.

5. I am grateful for sitting with my aloneness and loneliness.
 
Today I am grateful:

1. That I decided to make this list, when I feel low - I am glad I am trying to cope.
2. I have a home (with water, food, electricity, warmth)
3. I have people who care about me
4. That I still know how to laugh
5. For music
 
I am grateful for my daughter who went online to find some good old friends I lost during the time I was caregiving for my husband.
I am grateful that my daughter is such a good friend of mine, that she got so excited when they both called me and invited me over to their house she wanted to go too.
I am grateful for my daughter who is being there for me with all the things and hassles she has to deal with.
I am grateful for my granddaughters who will come over with me to my house on Friday.
I am grateful to have no drama producing people in my life.
 
1. I ate twice today. Tried the other time but could only eat a couple of mouthfuls.

2. Did some extended drawing whilst at my friend's house. Walked an hour and a half. Walked into town. Did 2 x 15 cleaning sessions.

3. Went out to two social situations, spent some hours with people. Sat with my anxiety when I waited an hour for someone to turn up. Texted and reached out to people.

4. Organised to get extra volunteer work. Thought about how to get moving more and to do more.

5. Kept going and doing things despite the very high anxiety. This will normalise with lots of practice. This is an significant improvement for me. I only slept three hours last night so it was really good of me to push through. I was also responsible there was an event I didn't want to go to but I decided I must. I contacted to go and it was cancelled. Spent very little time frozen, watching tv on the couch. Perhaps an hour.
