Eating as often as possible
Staying in bed
Painting
Letting go of old items
Letting ppl do what they want with no reaction
 
Having a routine.
Being present.
Telling my inner critic to shut up
Using self talk to acknowledge that I have tried my best and that is good enough.
Laid next to K and took interest in his interest. So being supportive and part of a community/family.
