1.- Well, today I have learned to honor my feelings and embrace them, even though they came in a form of trigger and where «rationally» understood as distorted thoughts from ptsd.
2.- Right now, proud of myself
3'- I have been able to comunicate wirh my boyfriend in a calm and understandable way.
4.- He has encouraged me to do it more often
5.- He has stand for myself as I have done for me. Small things, very important stuff
