1 ~ It's awful but it is what it is. There is room for me to make the best of a fecking shit hand.
2 ~ So good to have eyes open occasionally :rolleyes:
3 ~ Proud of the work I've done.
4 ~ I'm still very sad about the past.
5 ~ Still sad I can't get on with my species.

1.- Well, today I have learned to honor my feelings and embrace them, even though they came in a form of trigger and where «rationally» understood as distorted thoughts from ptsd.
2.- Right now, proud of myself
3'- I have been able to comunicate wirh my boyfriend in a calm and understandable way.
4.- He has encouraged me to do it more often
5.- He has stand for myself as I have done for me. Small things, very important stuff
 
This has been without a doubt, a most weird day for me.:wideeyed:
Trying to figure out what I want to eat for dinner, oh yeah, pizza!:happy::roflmao:
I just called it in, easy peasy.:hungry:
I have not done this in forever.:laugh:

Read some interesting blog posts and stories of individuals who have PTSD and are very high functioning. Really good and really inspiring.
Pretty day for a drive and I have the phone fully charged for lots of pictures.
Bringing back E's mattress and I hope it fits otherwise we'll have to bring a trailer.
Can't believe she is moving out in less than a month. Mixed feelings.
I did a lot of things well this week and need to focus on that and less on what I didn't do. Its a process.

2. Don't burn that bridge.
3. f*ck yesterday. & f*ck not being able to get this /right/.
4. (What the hell else made me think? ... right, booze. Still not drinking. f*ckit.)
5. Right. Check-ins. Talking instead of angry pacing & superfast talking myself down.
 
I have to tidy up pretty soon before I head out to my friends home.:meh:
I will organize the paperwork when I come home.:(
I want to treat myself to one mocha frappe later on in the day.:inlove:
I want to work in the yard too, later on.:inlove:
I hope today will be a good day for me.:happy:
 
1. Thank you @Chiqui and @Bearlinda , it is painful and annoying and prevents sleeping but most annoying since I brought it on myself (my fault . I couldn't say no, and I haven't been doing any exercises) and seem to be missing something getting it in, which I thought would be easy because I can do the left. :banghead: I am afraid off doctors but I love a good chiropractor and if I won the loto would visit more often!:):tup::inlove: I hope to try a bit longer as I am so lucky I am off this weekend.
2. Everyone's posts showing real growth and strength. I am humbled to share with you and read. :notworthy: :hug::hug::hug:
 
1. How come the paint in the spray can is nowhere near the color of the lid?
2. Allergic headache but I'll live.
3. I'm reading banned books and an author from 1937 wrote another one but I hope I can get it on an interlibrary loan.
4. What to cook on a no frills payday week with a chicken and a half pound of lump crab for the lake tomorrow.
5. Square dancing in 4 days, will I be healed up by then or make a hash out of it?
