5 Things I'm Thinking Today

1. After reading @CrowFeather 's post, I realized that I still owe the guy at the cherry orchard $22. My eyes were bigger than my wallet - by about 7 pounds!
2. Sinus cold. I feel like crap, but not quite crappy enough to try to sleep through it.
3. I'm feeling pretty grateful that my sinuses are generally fine.
4. I REALLY want to see a zentangle!
5. Feeling happy because I was able to do something nice for someone. :)

2. I saw a coyote today, larger than the my Son's cattle dogs that I have been snuggling with during my home sitting/vacation.
3. I love the mountain valley and feel freer than I have in a long time.
4. I have won the war in the moment with my rumination: my vent in the diary assisted.:tup:
5. I am very encouraged to see so many members being kind to one another : I love this place.
 
1. My sweetpea's are finally blooming
2. My sister wiped out a free pile, and got me "The White Rabbit!!" (aka, the March Hare, Alice in Wonderland. I did not discover Alice until 4ish years ago! Imagine not knowing her at my age!, I am obsessed!) She is going to bring it down in a few days.
3. 6 more days until mini me comes home. I am hoping she can talk her father into letting her use the phone today to call me today.
4. I survived the weekend
5. The bunny was restless this morning. She is 10 1/2 years old, twice the life expectancy of a mini rex. She is getting old, but still full of spirit.
 
1. I am battling with my heightened ptsd symptoms (at this time) through Mindfulness and other tactical exercises.
2. I understand that I can not always win but am aware I will bounce back... at some point.
3. It is like waiting to hop on a Mac Flight this time...drawn out, regulated but uncomfortable.
4. I am fighting primal implicit drivers and adrenaline revs: time slows down but my action urges accelerate.
5. I am not ashamed of feeling fragmented but have learned to be careful not to lash on heighten triggers/stressors from being on this board.

I am most grateful from learning from so many members here better choices to cope.
