Why do I have a headache? Oh yes, lack of water.
My yoga classes start again tonight. I'm looking forward to it but I haven't been practicing. I'm going to be in pain tomorrow.
My Fitbit recorded the least sleep ever last night. It's not exactly an achievement I'm proud of, yet weirdly I am.
My boss is incredibly selfish at times. Today I had to do a job she was supposed to do, but she knew it was crappy so guess what?
My little friend came for visit again. He's got the sweetest meow. He was rubbing himself round my legs as if claiming ownership.

I had a attitude adjustment during the night for the better
Wrote the kids letters and mailed them
I went for a walk
It is a good day so far
So appreciate feeling calm once more.

@Anrish You excelled and are highly competent thus you became a target for this asshole that is jealous and envious of you and thus a threat in his twisted mind and thus he needs to make you less of a threat to him by trying to crush you.

@gizmo: Thank you for your kind words. I also see it in a similar way. He's a jerk, only watching out for his career. He never wanted me for a vice group leader, even said that I'm not suitable when it comes to my character. Thank you...but who's the one who always has double standards?!

There is a name for what you are experiencing with this guy @Anrish Workplace bullying. It is very common and actually causes so much damage to the target. Google it and learn about some proactive ways to deal for your side. Also document incidents for your back if this ever escallates, not saying that it will but better to be safe than sorry.:hug:

Wasn't going to say anything but co-worker just asked me about a guy who keeps touching me, mostly my lower back (which is a better/ not triggering area, and I'd ike to keep it that way), works with me in the dining room, my hands aren't free / wheel chairs, quite new, good looking, keeps trying to chat. Thought I'll have to find a way to be assertive- thought maybe I'm making too much of it until coworkers said they all thought the same, seeing it-. Comic Karma Comedic Moment of the day yesterday - turns out he's married... to my cousin's daughter. :roflmao::roflmao::roflmao::roflmao::roflmao: (named after me lol :hilarious: ) :) Don't think I'll have to worry now lol

Every day is without worth, as am I. Tiring.
