I need to finish setting up my art room.
I need to focus on good things (am struggling with SI today):(
Still need to swamp out the house
Would love to hold one of Dharma's chicks :chicken::hug:
Wish I could have another week by myself.

I have to splint Nub"s (chick) leg again. She hates that.
I have a nice fire today!
I still feel better. I've been sick for 2 weeks.
I'm feeling like I can accomplish something.
My stepfather is doing better.

I wish you could hold one. They are warm and soft and fuzzy, and love to look at you and peep. I peep right back.

I vote cast iron @Bearlinda, you didn't ask, but I voted anyway. I and do Nerd research all the time.
I'm thinking sometimes I just have to take a risk, and this time it paid off... yeeeuhh !
I'm thinking how blessed I am to live where I live, nature abounds, even in town.
I'm thinking that I am finally at some level of peace about my son.
I'm thinking I will do nerd research on something totally out of my price range today.

Cast iron can potentially cause alzheimers so I'd go with the other or copper

On googling cast iron pans and alzheimers the links that come up are from Dr Oz and Oprah so I think I'm ok with ignoring that. BTW though @Slushie Dr Oz and Oprah think you shouldn't use aluminium or copper either ;)

1) I'm bothered by the fact I flinched. Where did that come from? It's been a while since that happened. I hate the startle reflex when it comes on like that

4) called in and canceled PT and said I was sick. It's true. I don't know how much of my fatigue is being sick and how much is from going back to night crew after 5.5 months off due to knee injury. Tomorrow will mark 6 weeks since surgery. Tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiired
