5 Things I'm Thinking Today

@expectingbetter hang in there. I believe you can indeed make your life better. It's hard to see it from the inside of your life.

1) so far today has been one of the bad days. Lots of sui and SI thoughts. harumph
2) I want to call in sick to work
3) Hmm... don't want to make my 5 thoughts here to depressing
4) When I actually tune into the body, I have a pretty significant headache... then again.. my glasses are filthy. Heh. I should clean them
5) I wonder if it's too cold to let the bunny run around on the porch?
 
1. Ordering new area rugs and a composting bin. (My shopping lists are boring, and I wish the rest of my life was.)
2. Put on big girl panties and make the visit. Stay in the present and let the past be the past.
3. Get out and walk as this is the one day sunshine is guaranteed.
4. Youngest daughter is coming for dinner tonight. Japanese vegetarian fare!
5. Take care of me as best I can.
 
I wish I could have therapy today
I am looking forward to a long drive home
I would like to have a couple of hours by myself
I have the nicest and most loving friends
It is nice to be included in their family

*If I was my mom, or thought more like her, I'd think it was a sign. Heh. Ok, some bit of me is indoctrinated and thinks perhaps it's a sign or at least an opportunity. But to accept that I have to accept mroe
*I'd like this cough to give me a break
*I just started wondering if my dog is sick. He just had a super playful bout though. Then I remembered, sometimes when I'm feeling crap, he gets clinging and i think he's sick when it's me. heh. I should scrounge up the other inhaler and see if it works better?
*And here is the first bird of the morning. Always we are beginning again.
 
1. Going to enjoy Easter services and dinner with family.
2. 10,000 or more steps today. Nothing is holding me back.
3. Even if we are on the road, I can keep up with dietary and hydration commitments.
4. Moo is a fantastic traveling companion.
5. My husband doesn't have to "understand", he just needs to be supportive.
 
1. Fine. Now it stopped being hilarious I am not on sea to top things off.
2. That would work just out of idiotland, even if a good catch, Huntress.
3. All the love for people who sincerely grok Emotions will wait. Have to.
4. Because that is drop the A on it level rage for making me miss TrainsLoves first birthday.
5. Not thinking of either of the A kids. Not then, not there.
 
1. Make today count in a big way.
2. Detach the emotions from the actions. What was is NOT what is.
3. Dig in and do what you know needs to be done and stay the course.
4. An hour in the gym and make it count.
5. Pick your project and start. No backing off and own it all.
