Yeah :X I dont feel much comfortable describing my story on the internet yet cause im kinda paranoid but anyway I just need to feel like I belong to a PTSD forum so here I am nice to meet you guys :)

Have you been diagnosed as having PTSD? Are you seeing a therapist or counselor? Welcome.

No I haven't been officially diagnosed and I'm not seeing anyone. I could never tell my story to people who know me :\

Welcome! I hope you find what you are looking for here. I have found this forum very helpful and no one has been judgemental or unkind... Take your time and wait until you feel safe to share. I also worried about sharing here but I realized that no one here knows me and there is no way they can blab my stuff to my family or friends or my work. It helps a lot to know I am not alone while I sort through my confused feelings . I hope you will find peace.

Ya that's very helpful that none can recognize me. I use a different email for my personal like than for school related stuff but still I am so cautious about everything I wouldn't want anyone finding stuff out about me.
