So - has anyone discovered an activity that significantly reduces your symptoms to the point of nil / almost nil?
For me, it's horse riding or Body Balance classes or a good hour of intensive yoga.
I get up to a week's reprieve of noticeable anxiety and symptoms from those activities.
Anyone else?
