Activities that reduce your symptoms to little/nil?

So - has anyone discovered an activity that significantly reduces your symptoms to the point of nil / almost nil?

For me, it's horse riding or Body Balance classes or a good hour of intensive yoga.
I get up to a week's reprieve of noticeable anxiety and symptoms from those activities.

Anyone else?
 
I only can hide in those things a short time. All have a drug like effect that's temporary. I don't think that's bad it just is. Anything immediate, that demands my concentration. Then I start thinking about my performance again and if I did "well enough." Only sex really works and that lasts a couple days if I'm lucky.

I go to what I call my happy place it is a mostly deserted public fishing pier. I literally feel my body relax my shoulders drop and my breathin slow
 
This is where I go for a moment's silence.
There's 2 wild bee hives in old trees, the dog happily bounds through the bushes in search of rabbits, the ducks paddle smugly out of reach and no one goes here because they're too scared to go off the beaten path :)
