Added Additional Information Block

Any user who has not uploaded an avatar or set their gender, will see a block on every forum page until they do so. Once you use a gender and avatar, then the block disappears.

Members who have zero posts, will also see a persistent block to introduce themselves within the introduction forum, until a post is made.

This should hopefully greatly assist members in correctly setting up some basic, yet essential, account information here so that users can quickly identify one another accurately.

Since it is an invitation we can choose to not complete it without consequences, right? I conciously chose not to set my gender because I like to let it unspecified (because this is just like I feel inside) and like the 'not specified'- option very much, knowing very well that not every forum has it.

There are no consequences, other than the block becomes a permanent addition to your viewing.
