You can get the same thing thats in the yogurts (friendly bacteria) in a capsule form from a health food shop. So you dont need to be eating yoghurt. Mine is triggered by dairy products, wheat, corn, onion, spices, acidic fruits. Loads of things. Sometimes I can eat them sometimes not and some foods I cant touch!
