I know that some of us use affirmations to help us change our thinking, to make a positive statement of intent, or to voice a hope we have for our future. I thought it might be helpful if we were to choose at least one affirmation for the day and share it here to give new meaning to our day. I'll start with a favorite affirmation or two...
