So yesterday we get a csll from the lawyer in advance of court this morning...still no ffffing repoet through so they are going to push for anorher adjournment...

Result if which...

Hubs back in hodp after another huge dissociative flashback wherein he "found" the last dharp object in the house and yet again tried removing his trigger hand...so out of the blue I wasnt as vigilant as in the past and hence a little more damage but nothing permanant thank god...all stitched.

Now been up 24 hours and have to go out and pick him up and take him for court..its a complete farce.

I wish I could write in German now to get my feelings over to you right. I feel so much with you. I have had complicated situation with my hubby, court cases and so on. Wishing I could beat the stupid Psych for you. Wishing even more I could get the report - too late, but could your lawyer ask the judge to find the P in contempt of court if they don't produce the report by a date certain? Ask to find someone else?

Well it is kind of an odd one as this is the second report and one which we asked for with a psych who does know Joe and has been fairly reliable up until now.

The problem is that the guy was given a couple of months to do the report and for whatever reasons kind of left it to near the deadline but then became unstuck due to personal reasons.

We can't be too harsh as the guys 2 yr old daughter is apparently in intensive care but that does not help Joe.

So today the case was ajourned until the middle of April although the prosecution were not too happy about it. I think pure luck played a hand in it this morning as two of the three majistrates were older gentlemen who definatly had an air of ex military about them.

I've only had about 2 hrs sleep this afternoon as there are threats of an impending strike by petrol tanker drivers over here and panic buyers have been draining the pumps dry,so I had to go off hunting for petrol to fill the tank.

Now gearing up to go visit tonight and see what unfolds.

Thanks for the hands my friends,I realy need them right now, not so much to guide my course as my course is straight and unwavering but to help cup my elbow and steady me when I stumble upon those unseen rocks that strew our paths,sliding under our feet at inoportune moments and nearly taking us down.x
