Is that remoulade sauce?

It’s a mayonnaise based sauce served with Seafood & Veg.

IE a granddaughter sauce… as the mother sauce is Hollandaise (an emulsification of eggs & acid), the daughter sauce is Mayonaise, & the Granddaughter is Mayo+, like Tartar Sauce, Fry Sauce, Special Sauce, Russian Dressing, etc. Mayo + XYZ.

A new comfort food fav is Turkish Bulgur pilav. Large bulgur wheat cooked in butter and tomatoes. It gives my brain an instant hug, it's absolutely divine.
