You're right - you are all 100% right! I don't know why I am still with this man and I'm embarrassed to admit that I did not even recognize the emotional abuse aspect. I swear he makes me feel crazy at times.
We were going to go to dinner with my parents this Saturday and he asked me what time; I said "dinner time" which for most people would be anywhere from 5:00pm - 8:00pm then I said I'd confirm an actual time with my parents on Friday for Saturday. That wasn't good enough. He went off on a tangent about how he needs to order things that take four weeks to come in (he has an online business). I told him that ordering things that won't be here for four weeks has nothing to do with what time we are having dinner in two days and he said "You don't get it" which is ridiculous.
