I have to say it again. When I wake up from a nightmare at night. I remember this post and know that I am not alone. Somebody out there knows exactly what I'm going through and it means the world to me.

"My PTSD Feels Like..."

...opening up a closet full of boxes and boxes of mismatched puzzles, then having all of them come crashing down into one gigantic pile...then being told I have to put them all back in the correct boxes before I leave.

UGH.

That's exactly what I feel like everyday and I was actually going to write that on my post, I feel like my puzzle was together but then something came along and shook it all up and I dunno what goes where anymore. I don't even think the puzzle I have is anything like the puzzle I had, my minds constantly running at a hundred percent trying to put things back together, trying to realise what I used to like to do and to be that guy again but It's not working. Instead I'm just burnt out allover.
