Another Charity Caught Scamming $$$ For Veterans

Help Hospitalized Veterans <--- charity name, was caught scamming the system collecting charity donations "to help hospitalized veterans". They now have to pay back 2.5M in civil penalties.

What's the point though in fining them with a $2.5m when that money can be used better? Why don't they fine each director personally, and make them pay-back a whole bunch of their 6 figure salaries they were taking, condominium, country club memberships and so forth they stole? f*ckers.

Pick a veteran's charity. Google their annual financial papers. Then read where the money goes and comes from. Not sure about other countries, but in the US they are required by law to post where they spend their donations annually. AFter you are done with that, head out to the hardware store to get stuff to fix the holes you just punched in your drywall.

Breast Cancer Awareness charities are the worst, but Veterans charities are almost as bad. How the f*ck does funding a wetlands rehabilitation study help boob-tumors? How the f*ck does a campaign donation to a Democrat that uses the term "baby-killer" and "losers that couldn't get a real job" IN PUBLIC SPEECHES help military double amputees?

Now I'm happily pissed off. Both examples I gave are real, but you should google them for yourself. I don't want to get folks anymore riled up than I have. Or am.
