I do feel better after the session but I was just wondering if any one else experiences anxiety with therapy?
I have this happen often. The dread, the anticipation of what painful things will come up. I tell myself to be candid with my T but many times I sabotage the therapy time by getting off track or just dissociate. Sometimes it takes days of high anxiety to get back to baseline. I have been getting Reiki treatments and it is very calming.
