Yes, most of the time there isn't an actual worry or the thing doesn't match up to the feeling at all. As in it already happened or mostly likely will not, but there is a slight chance of it in the future.
Sometimes there maybe a cause but from experience it doesn't help, IQ drops a considerate amount when stressed. Be lucky if I dissociate from it but then again, that makes things worse long term.
I hardly ever 'enjoy' anything anymore and feel really distant from most things I'm doing. Aware the root cause is fear and it's irrational, considering I can't name one thing I'm worries about, it's pretty much my default state now.
