Any Tips on Interviewing for Jobs?

Seven years of day care is an awesome notation of your dedication to your work. It takes a special kind of person to work patiently with a group of children, other day care staff and all manner of parents every day. Are you able to give the parents of some of the children in your day care as references and verification?

Sure I can get references from many parents. I have devolped some long-term friendships through child care, but it still seems (maybe just my perception) that interviewers look at it like it doesn't count.
