I was attacked and long time ago. I was on a date and the guy pinned me down and…you know. Recently I had a panic attack and when someone tried to help me. Next thing I know I’m on the ground crying and that person got blamed. I don’t know how to make things right again and I feel very alone.

Welcome to the forum and I am sorry for what happened to you! It isn’t unusual for symptoms like panic attacks show up later in life. The body can ignore some things until something inside just changes or triggers us, then the past rises up.

Personally, I think it rises up to be healed so definitely recommend some therapy and learning about your symptoms can help a lot. You aren’t alone💜
