I've seen things especially lately I've seen my father. He was my main perpetrator.

Other times I've been in asleep in my recliner and when just coming out of a deep sleep I've heard my father whispering to me. Those words are usually vital information about a memory so I try to write them down as soon as possible.

I’m really not sure. I know it happens more when I’m stressed out but it has happened when I was in a happy mood. At least I think.

Yes. I see things out of the corners of my eyes. Usually it is a kind of shadow, not a solid thing....

This would be so awesome! I actually do see a man though.

The bathroom is where something really bad happened and other stuff so I would prefer it to be a comfort and not the other.

I feel like if it was the Holy Spirit I wouldn’t freak out so bad and panic, heart racing, can’t breathe, want to run, hide, and all that stuff.

Somehow I am just reading your response. Or maybe I did and forgot.

Anyway, thanks for the advice. Writing it down is a great idea. I’ve tried writing my feelings down a lot and it has definitely helped to go back and re-read everything. I type in my diary on here and go read it and forget I posted things a lot!
