I was wondering about the ducks...! Is there a particular reason for it? I'm asking because I recently managed to tell my brother I had PTSD (something I had feared doing) and among other supportive things he told me was that "we are all ducks". I asked why and he said that whilst we might look calm up top, under the surface we are all paddling like fury. He told me he got it from a movie, and I found it comforting to know I wasn't alone in struggling.

It's an in-house staff saying about letting the comments from upset or ill members "slide like water off a duck's back" so we don't get upset ourselves from attacks which feel personal but are not.

what "quackers" does mean

It's a pun on the work 'Crackers' as in "Nuts', 'Loopy' :wacky:

They are staff Christmas presents from Anthony and I and are a collectible series call "Bud ducks".

I noticed them because they remind me of the devil ducks my kids had as bath toys. I was also wondering if there was some kind of staff humor to go with the duck theme. Thanks for sharing the scoop.
