The stress is not a singular term, it is related to the traumatic term, "traumatic stress". Post is after. Disorder is when you have endured so much traumatic stress that it now affects functioning areas of your being, your life, that it is then classified as a disorder.

Post (after the fact) Traumatic Stress (a state of being from trauma outside the normal scope of life issues) Disorder (when it now affects your ability to function, socialise, etc).

That is the simplicity of the disorders name.

In relation to exposure therapies, exposure therapies are about the best you can throw at PTSD to help change the disorder component, combined with something that works to reduce any mental torture one is experiencing.

Hello I want to talk to Anthony the “ Founder “of this site I am a member of and have been for a long time and I have also paid for an upgraded member subscription which is no different from the original free service but I always have used this site and it has helped me greatly with my PTSD and trauma and many other struggles in my life so imagine how it would feel to be now not able to log in to my account and be treated as a guest with no profile etc and no interaction with others with similar experiences I’m really worried about this and it’s a strain on my mental health and I want something done about this immediately as I have paid for a service I now can’t even use and every time I try to login it says use a passkey or a saved code etc which I didn’t have before ?
I have always used my email and password and I go straight through to my account no problem at all in the past so now I should have the help I need and paid for
