Orloff has been a favorite in new-age & 'alternative' & all the 'Indigo children' movements since that term cropped up.

Just because someone is a cited medical doctor doesn't mean they're onto accurate science.

As to topic, no. Mostly as I'd have a different explanation for all of the offered modalities than some all-encompassing Godly-gift-of-empathy (TM).

Yes, a blessing and a curse. Have learned how to sheild thru the years. and then there are just times I HAVE to stay home because I go on overload.. Great thread !!! There are a big bunch of us here... and it's not PTSD related.

@Ronin I don't support her "theories" and her remedies. I got that she was a new ager right off. I never even heard of her before doing research about empaths. I was merely citing her mention of an empath continuum.

I believe my gifts are God given.
