Auditory Hallucination?

Out of no where I have started having autitory halucinations. Its kinda freaking me out.

I get that too, I thought I was losing my mind ( I guess I kind of am) I heard a man calling my name and saying things to try and get me to cooperate. The man was a person who had hurt me many times, I freaked out and started checking all the rooms, I did not know hallucinations sounded exactly like a person in the room with you. Do you get scared to go to sleep? I'm terrified, I have to live through my worst moments over and over and actually feel the pain. But then if I stay awake long enough I begin having flashbacks anyways. I feel like theres no escape

Don't worry. You're not crazy. I have those, too. Sometimes they are related to flashbacks or disassociation and sometimes they just happen. Honestly, it just helps to lie/sit down as soon as you can and just kind of take a break.

I just wanted you to know you're not alone. I used to hear a screaming Lady who it seemed like she never took a breath. It happened when I was really stressed out off and on for a few months. I have gotten on some anti anxiety medication and the screaming stopped. Maybe learn how to manage your stress levels and it'll improve. Lots of love and positive thoughts your way.
