I am looking for some internet friends that I can talk to about my ptsd and agoraphobia. I have been in a relationship for the past year and I honestly don't know how my boyfriend has stuck by me through all this. I want to be able to talk to someone with a partner and some one with agoraphobia.

I haven't filled out my profile on this but I am 21 diagnosed with ptsd 2 years ago after having a very traumatic car accident, also anyone with similar trauma would be great to talk to.

Hi,
I am also seeking internet friends as I live in Central America and I love it here but no one has ptsd in my neighborhood and I don'tknow how to not be hypervigilent and overreact to situations that are threatening but not imminently.;

I cry a lot because my neighbours don't understand why I act that way system is shattered and when a conflict happens I feel terrified that I will have to move. I have moved so. M:any times after being judged for my ptsd that I finally found my niche a beautiful place where I am comfortable b I realize that small problems set my nervous system into 4 alarm mode and I feel terrified and I react accordingly. I have learned to tell myself that everything can be resolved and so I have improved immensely in comforting myself but the to threat I need help to minimize-its its impact.

It would be great to have a friend who understands.
