Hey, y'all,
I thought I would start here & introduce myself since I just joined the site. I'm Chelsie, I'm 23 and live in West Virginia. I currently work as an overnight cashier but I am hoping to switch to day shifts soon (night shift is really hard since I have to work alone overnight, I'm sure most of y'all understand), and I'm hoping to start my dream career this fall as a substitute teacher. I live with my boyfriend who is amazingly supportive & empathetic. We have a horse named Merrill and a rabbit named Sadie. If I didn't have those three I know I'd go crazy.
I suffer from PTSD due to mainly two issues: police brutality I have suffered, the fact that I am a "miscarriage mom". I lost my daughter, Hayden, at home...and literally watched my own miscarriage. I love her dearly and pray for her in Heaven every day.
I was also raised in a cult, I don't feel like I got PTSD from that but I'm sure it set the stage for it, lol.
Anyways, just wanted to share a little about myself! I am extremely shy and anti-social, so I thought joining an online forum might help me a little bit in that aspect :)
