What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Tired. Don’t know why just am. The weird feeling I usually have in the mornings, the trauma response feels less intense and I just “ sit with it”

Impatient because I can’t get back into reading again. It’s annoying
That sounds like your system is running low, not broken.
Don’t force reading right now trying to push through will only make it more frustrating. Start smaller: one page, or even just a paragraph, then stop if it feels heavy.
And the tiredness… if it’s been sticking around in the mornings, don’t ignore that. Eat something light, drink water, move a bit, then reassess. Your focus will come back more from stability than pressure.
