My name is Dan. I have Bipolar and PTSD and am attempting to file a claim for service connection for the latter. I am exasperated with the paperwork system and have been venting on every one of these sites that I can find. see www.hadit.com. Something must be done about the mountains of paperwork that stand between veterans and compensation. The system is broken and inefficient; and should be exposed to the public.
