Not a bad thing it triggered me. As it was, it opened up a conversation with another member who helped me work through a bit of the flashback whether he meant to or not. Thank you for understanding. By the way, my food trigger is spaghetti sauce. ;-)

lol... now that I think of it.... I'm really glad I've never been triggered by spaghetti sauce since my kids love it. Definitely could have been.
