Hi,

This might appear a little "leftfield" <-- I assume this is the right term/slang

Does anyone have any experience with CBD oil? it is the non-high element from cannabis, I have had this mentioned to me on 2 or 3 occasions when talking to people about anxiety, autism, OCD etc - generally a conversation related to general mental health issues (social anxiety, depression etc) - I believe this has become legal now in the UK but I am wondering if there are any users on the forum. I know Cannabis usually makes the smoker paranoid and confused so wouldn't want that side effect.

I know that Coca-Cola are planning on releasing a "health drink" which contains CBD.

I am asking for a friend :D:D

Thanks

I use cbd oil from Diamondcbd.com and so far really like it. They have a ton of stuff on their site explaining what it is, how it is different that the thc stuff, how to use it, how they manufacture it, blah blah. I have gotten some good pain relief and it has helped with anxiety and sleep

Its the buzz word right now so there are a ton of companies popping up. I'd suggest really researching where you (your friend :) ) purchase it from so you know you are getting real cbd and not just some liquid or another . I can't imagine mixing it with soft drinks because that kind of defeats the purpose so I'm guessing that's a sales pitch to make them look good

It's legal in all states in the US because there is no thc in it -- not sure what the rules are in the UK

I have a medical marijuana card, and If I could find a CBD pen that worked, I'd use it, but I've pretty much given up on it. Sativa works well for me... Indica was the kind that made me feel totally out of it.

I've tried all different kinds of CBD pens, but they didn't really do anything for me... Literally nothing. I think I have 3 or 4 pretty much full vape pens sitting around that I gave up on...

I ended up using regular Sativa. It hasn't made me paranoid, it actually lowers my anxiety enough that I can handle flashbacks. I set aside time every night to vape and allow myself to read PTSD info, listen to relaxing music, and allow myself to remember.
