I forget I have done things before.

I don't take meds but I can forget. Meds of course can blank you out, but that's an old thread. I could see forgetting I'd done it.

Don't be hard on yourself. It's human - especially with PTSD!

Anyway, why not try CBT? You've done the other. I've had enough of just talking for a lifetime. I need more now. But that's just me.
 
As I said on your other thread strongernow, I forget things like this too. I think it can be a combination of concentration problems, dissociation and being very distracted. Annoying I know.
