I like the part where it says that "increasing optimism" is one of the best ways to get over this particular anxiety.

@Fadeaway I know right? But I can think of more productive things to fear monger about. Like the obesity epidemic, global warming, the mental health crisis, etc. It seems to me spending more money on those issues would have a greater impact than spending more money on trying to figure out how to religious zealots from trying to defeat us my killing us a half dozen at a time.
