Change To Ads

@anthony will be making some changes to how the advertisements are hosted here. While that work is occurring, you may see ads disappear and re-appear. When it's all done, everything will be as you expect it to be.

We will post to this thread after the work is complete.

For the most part, done. If you see issues, please report in the help desk. Premium members should not see anything, as usual. Ads will layout differently now, being fully responsive for mobile devices, e.g. you may see two ads side by side in landscape on larger screen phones, yet one floated right on smaller tablets.
