Sufferer Childhood Trauma Related Ptsd

Hi all my name is Jennifer. I have PTSD due to childhood trauma and dissociation disorder due to lack of treatment as a child. I live in Woodburn but hopefully will be moving to Portland soon. I am looking for others who also have PTSD. I am having a difficult time getting out of the house. I am seeking someone to chat with and possibly meet for coffee to force me to get out of the house.

Hi Jennifer,

I don't live near that area, but I am willing to chat or private message if you like. I was also diagnosed with PTSD from childhood trauma and developmental trauma for how the trauma was handled (or lack of handled) by family. It's led down a path of continued trauma in my life. I am recently divorced from a narcissist, which I am learning pretty much brainwashed me and provided me with an additional 8 years of emotional abuse. You'll find this forum VERY helpful and informative. It's a great place to vent, to educate and to heal.
