Hello,
I am a sufferer and also a survivor. Over the past year, I have had severe mental health struggles. Anxiety, panic attacks, flash-backs, depression, disassociation, and chronic SI. After being in intense therapy and PHP, I've been able to discover that my symptoms are directly related to multiple past traumas. I was diagnosed with C-PTSD. Now that I know I have this diagnosis I feel hopeful that I can work to heal and manage these symptoms. I want to learn more about how to successfully live in peace with CPTSD. I hope to connect with people who understand how it feels to live with this everyday struggle. Thanks

I am relatively new here and finding the support I never had… here… has helped me deal with a new episode much much better. The kind understanding… It is such a difficult road, but having support from fellow sufferers, makes me realize I will get through this once again. Welcome to the forum and I understand what has brought you here. 🧚‍♂️
