Yes, I am staying in a sheet metal barn that is converted to a home. It doesnt belong to me, I just stay here. My family owns it and that has been used many times to 'threaten' me into controlling my angriness. Its like they want to evict me again, or they dont want me to be here because I have this problem.

I understand that more than you know. Other people can have a lot of difficulty understanding why we are the way we are. Adding to the anxiety doesn't help and threats don't help, but sometimes people think just bullying or disciplining us will somehow make the storm in our brains stop. All that helps is time and therapy and commitment. I wish you the best. Your feelings are normal, and I sympathize a lot with your situation.

Sometimes it can be harder to stop anger than it can be to stop fear. We can turn it into something less destructive with time and practice. I'm not there yet, but I hope to be someday. I hope the same for you.
