I'm glad you've found a great tea. I do like tea but it doesn't wake me up. And it doesn't taste like :inlove:coffee:inlove: . And I end up drinking about 15 mugs of it a day.
Hmmm, I can see the need for radical acceptance in my future...
I'm with you there Hashi! I had to give up coffee last year and I miss it terribly. Every now and then I'll have a cup, but my anxiety and stomach upset are the price! Good Luck!
I've cut was down on the amount of coffee that I drink - am now into green tea. Cutting down on the coffee has not improved my sleep at all, but I feel as though I am healthier without all that caffeine ;)
I drink coffee, I have one of those capsule/pod machines. I drink 4 a day; 2 with caffeine, 2 without, to avoid too much caffeine which can make anxiety worse.
I'm sorry you have to quit coffee :( I wish you luck.
I love coffee. I do think sometimes it aggravates my anxiety. So I am trying to drink Half caffeine and half decaf mixed. There I cut my consumption in half! Ha!;)
I think, once you've given it up for a while, you don't miss it as much. At least it seemed that way to me when I gave it up for a while. I had no idea coffee would have an effect on blood sugar.
Coffee isn't bad for you if you drink it in moderation and you don't add anything to it(at least, according to the recent studies, but who truly knows). I drink it black and caffeine in anything doesn't effect me(which stinks if I need something to get me going).
It's strange to think my grandma drank it from early morning to late at night and it never seemed to disturb her. Maybe it was just that generation. I can't imagine drinking coffee that long.
