Cold Chills?

No idea if that's what it is called. This occurs every time that I sleep in a room with other people. I wake up or someone wakes me up. I'm shaking and am freezing cold. The way you shiver when you are cold, but way worse, enough for someone to wake you up over. I can't ever remember what nightmare I have. Had this happen again recently. Lately, can't remember any of my dreams, it's like I block them out as soon as I wake up, however I have all of the "emotions" of having dreams a bad thing.

Does anyone else get these cold chills, where they can't stop shaking/shivering in their sleep? Why would I feel cold, when no one else is?

I wonder if it's not from sweating bad from a nightmare, because I wake up soaked a lot from it, and shivering really bad.

I get the chills too, however it only happens right after I wake up. I also tend to sweat a lot from my nightmares, and I think it might be related.

I can absolutely relate to blocking out dreams upon waking. I often wake up feeling as if I had a nightmare, but having no recollection of the dream. Occasionally something will "remind" me of an event in the dream, causing bits of it to surface.
