Colorful and hopefully optimistic but maybe hateful occasionally

I had to giggle when I pictured Nestle trying to get you to go to sleep.... poor little girl working her butt off and you just not cooperating.
There seem to be a lot of messed up people around here
And @littleoc wins today's trophy for Understatement of the Day! ?
by the advice of a rare but well qualified vet, to constantly interrupt her masturbation time in order to prevent her from getting a stroke
WTF???? I had to read this twice to make sure I read it correctly. Wow -- things you just don't think about if you don't own birds
Is one serving three ounces
One serving --- otherwise your dinner would be way to tiny.

Wow -- things you just don't think about if you don't own birds
Me, too, when my vet told me that!

And this is why male birds are preferred. Because if you don’t want to stop them from doing that, then they don’t end up laying so many eggs that their body breaks down :s

My bird REALLY wants to be a mom, so when I live in a safe environment and if I can afford it, I’ll invest in a fertilized egg and let her be a mom. If it will work out.

Birds aren’t really domesticated — except for the pigeon — so it’s kind of hard to own them lol

And that makes sense on the serving sized. I think losing the 30-40 pounds is possible with diet and exercise, but I really don’t want to end up a sickly skeleton thing. I would like to keep my muscles. I’m thinking of going back to jogging even if my dog can’t join me. Or getting a gym membership. Something to make sure that the weight loss isn’t muscle.

Nutritionist thinks I may be lactose intolerant but only on a cycle. Makes sense when she says it, I don’t feel like elaborating right now.

I did notice, though, that the interview I’m supposed to do seems to be messing with my fear of being watched.

My dad used to spy on us. He had a computer before they were a household thing and would use it against us.

He used to keep baby monsters in my spaces so he could spy on what I was saying or doing. I wasn’t allowed to think anything against him.

He’d literally have his ear to the door if my mom tried to visit us.

So I’m afraid to record because (1) someone could intercept it and (2) someone else in the house might be listening.

EMDR calmed down those symptoms once but they’re back and I don’t know why.

But my medical bill is down to $1,462.64 so that’s nice I guess.

My deductible changed from 1000 something $ to $3000 after Trump did some mystery stuff I haven’t really looked into (kind of uncharacteristic of me) so it’s been hard to need all these doctor appointments.

Told my mom I was upset that I had no place to cook, and no place to write.

She went into the room and flipped a desk over for me to write on. As in, flipped it onto its side, because it’s not a desk.

Still no stove.

have you tried baking soda? yep, the stuff in the big orange box. Dump a crap ton of it on the floor..let it sit for a couple hours, then vacuum it up. It won't help with smells coming from other places in the house but it can help cut down the smell that is right by you. You can also leave boxes around the room and they will suck up some of the odors. And vinegar works really well for cleaning smells off hard objects.

As for cooking.... a million years ago I lived in dorms and we weren't allowed hot plates or anything like that so I got an electric wok. It's amazing what you can cook in one -- you can even make popcorn. And if you get one with a lid you can steam and sort of bake stuff

Hmmmmm I have kind of wanted a wok for fried rice!

My mom used to have one, but my dad likely stole it. (He stole stuff when he was legally removed.) I suppose I could check! And get another one of it’s gone. No biggie :)

I’ve tried baking soda! Not a ton, but I’m also trying rubbing alcohol to dry off the spot (seems something water-y or dog-y spilled), and hydrogen peroxide to kill the mold. Unfortunately that didn’t work enough and then the smell got worse, so am trying the carpet cleaner. Better luck so far, but the mildew won’t die. So well have to keep trying. It can’t stay forever!

I may buy a new hallway air filter that’s certified for removing mold spores. I’ve noticed a smell from the vents. Probably unhealthy.

But the grass is mowed, so that’s nice :)

I feel that I’m forgetting to mention something kind of important in here. Hmmmmmm
