I am now eating Belgian Chocolate Pumpkins from Walmart (it's Sam's Choice brand) with, and I quote,

six unique fillings

. It's a box of 12 chocolate pumpkins, guaranteed to taste good or your money back (probably because if you don't like chocolate, why u buyin 'em). They're extremely good, and in the name of grounding and/or mini mind vacation, I am rating them favorite to least favorite.
The first one is a white pumpkin with a dark-chocolate stem. Inside is a "speculoos" filling. It's rich, has a nice texture, and tasts better than I guessed it would. Top of the list for now. That's 1 of 6.
Second is a white pumpkin with a milk-chocolate stem, filled with almond praline. It's a lot milder than I was expecting! Still amazing, love that almond taste. For me, can't go wrong with almond. But it doesn't match up against speculoos. Putting it at the 2/6 place.
Next I'm going to try the caramel -hazelnut filling in a pumpkin that's milk chocolate color with a dark chocolate stem. I'm not always the biggest fan of store-bought caramels, but I'm still interested.

The hazelnut part is

very good. The caramel, uh, tastes store bought lol. Giving it a place of third place currently -- 3/6.
This pumpkin is is a dark chocolate color with a milk chocolate stem, filled with caramel-gansche. :V! OOOOO. VERY GOOD. It IS ganache so that makes it much creamier and richer than caramel alone (or with hazelnut I guess). I wouldn't say it's as good at the speculoos though, so my new order is now: (1) speculoos, (2) caramel-ganache, (3) almond praline, and (4) caramel-hazelnut.
**Just want to add in this mindful eating exercise is especially great with mini pumpkins because the texture is fun, the different flavors are fun, and the layers are interesting (each pumpkin has layers in it).
Okay, onto uhhhhhhhhh hazelnut popping candy filling! I remember being absolutely shocked at how good it was last year because popping candies are an ODD choice for chocolate lol. This is the pumpkin that's milk chocolate with a white chocolate stem.
Want to add again that the dark chocolate pumpkins always taste better than the other ones, especially the white chocolate ones, in my opinion. Because of that, white chocolate pumpkins immediately have a harder time for me if their filling isn't good enough to complement them.
Anyway, the popping candy -- I LOVE this one unironically. I think it's bold and hilarious to have a fancy ass chocolate candy with a fizzy touch to it. Like a soda. And, the sensation makes it weirdly relaxing, as long as you don't have it in a part of you mouth that hurts lmao
Putting it at

hmmmmm. It's the texture that's fun to me, not the flavor itself. The popping candy almost has a hint of citrus to it, but only if you're trying to taste it for a mindfulness game. Would I say it's better than speculoos? I almost want to tie them because the popping one is still popping in my mouth, with a milk chocolate flavor left over from letting it melt. Absolutely fancy for a poor dude

. But as for flavor? It's got hazelnut, which is fabulous. I love hazelnut. But interestingly, and I'm almost disappointed to do so and may even change my mind later, I think I'm going to put it under speculoos :v. Because even though I would pick it over speculoos most of the time, it's not because of the flavor, but how much fun it is!
So currently that's (1) speculoos, (2) hazelnut popping candy filling, (3) caramel ganache, (4) almond praline, (5) caramel-hazelnut
And finally, the sixth flavor, hazelnut-cookie filling in a milk chocolate pumpkin with a milk chocolate stem. I think I remember this being my favorite last year? Let's see --
Ooh, the crunchy cookie bits, I didn't remember that! Plus the hazelnut without being mixed with another flavor is GREAT. Is it better than speculoos? I don't know, I can't remember lol
I'll have to face them off against each other when I have two pumpkins left later! Lol
A mindful eating exercise for later :)
