I have complex ptsd , can’t sleep, wake up regretting what I ever did cause I have nothing but god, I wanted to ask I know it’s personal but if you could help me here;

Has someone here sat down with a priest and talk about having no family, friends , constant lack of sleep , feel very claustrophobic, I wake up petrified every night , what happened to make me this way.

I get an impeding sense of doom everytime without any coping, the strategies I'm comfortable with, there aren't many. Don't talk about it to anyone tho. When I'm coping I usually don't think about bad stuff but they sometimes slip through and take over my thoughts but it's better than nothing.

Some priests would get mental health and some don't.

I’ve sat down with many different priests, of many different faiths, for many different reasons.

How helpful they are, with my own problems? Tend to equate/rely on their own personal experience… and the mood each of us happen to be in, in that moment.
